Welcome to Field HRM. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Account Registration
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into legally binding agreements to use Field HRM.
2.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
2.3 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or malware
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Reverse engineer or decompile our software
- Use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Resell or redistribute our services without permission
4. Subscription and Billing
4.1 Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
4.2 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime through your account settings.
4.3 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Field HRM (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software) are owned by Field HRM and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5.1 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Field HRM for your internal business purposes.
5.2 User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of data you upload to Field HRM. By using our services, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide our services.
6. Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer: Field HRM is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Field HRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
7.1 By You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or through account settings.
7.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
7.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use Field HRM ceases immediately. We may delete your data after 30 days unless legally required to retain it.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
8.1 Arbitration
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, rather than in court.
8.2 Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class actions.
